SVA Professionals Present Seminar on Business Transformation

SVA professionals Andrew DeMarco, Nicole Gralapp, and Tim O’Brien will present an educational seminar on October 17, 2019 for the Wisconsin Transportation Builders Association.   

The presentation with discuss business transformation and business transition. More specifically, the SVA experts will focus on a business’s vision for the future which might include new products or services, buying a complimentary business, partnering with a competitor, passing the business on to the next generation, and selling to an inside or outside team.

Andrew is a Principal with SVA Consulting, LLC. With over 20 years of business and consulting experience, Andrew has a well-honed ability to help leaders and their teams make sense of complex problems, identify solutions and drive meaningful change. He knows how to execute on strategy. As a consultant, executive, business owner and board member, he has been instrumental in building high-functioning organizations resulting in sustainable growth or acquisition.

Nicole is a Principal at SVA Certified Public Accountants, S.C, with expertise in the restaurant and hospitality industries. Nicole performs a variety of tax, assurance and business consulting functions. She provides clients with technical expertise in areas such as tax planning, financial reporting, financial projections, budgeting, financial and estate planning and review of internal controls. Her experience in the hospitality, construction and professional services industries gives her the ability to consult with clients in a variety of areas.

Tim is a Principal and Director of Research for SVA Wealth Management. He also serves on the firm’s Investment Advisory Committee. Tim provides clients with ongoing, comprehensive wealth management strategies and financial guidance while delivering personalized service. He develops strategies designed to preserve assets, plan for retirement, and fund education. He also develops strategies intended to manage risk and coordinate investments with estate planning needs.
